Monica E. Mincu (Ph.D. Catholic University-Milan) is an Assistant Professor/Researcher in the Faculty of Education, University of Torino. Her principal research and teaching experience is in the field of comparative and international education, with an emphasis on East European education and teacher training. She is the author of several volumes on education reforms in post-socialism, the liberal-communitarian debate in education and teacher education.
