BDAI 2025 will take place in the beautiful location of the new campus of the University of Valle d’Aosta, opened in 2024.

The campus is situated in the city center of Aosta, close to the railway station and 5 minutes walking from Aosta’s main square, Piazza Émile Chanoux.

How to get there

By train
The Aosta train station is located 10 minutes walking from the workshop location.
Please note that from January 3rd 2024 to December 31st 2026 a replacement bus service is active for the electrification works on the Ivrea-Aosta line.
It is thus necessary to take the train from Torino to Ivrea and then the bus.
 
By car
Aosta is the regional capital of the Aosta Valley, located about 120 km from Torino and 160 km from Milano. It is easily accessible by car via the A5 motorway, which connects directly to Torino and the main highways from northern Italy. The recommended exit is “Aosta Est” or “Aosta Ovest,” depending on your destination within the city. Aosta can also be reached from France and Switzerland through the Mont Blanc Tunnel or the Great St Bernard Tunnel, making it a convenient crossroads between Italy and the Alpine region.
 
By bus

The nearest airport is Torino Caselle, about 100 km away.
From Malpensa airport to Aosta, a direct shuttle service is available, with a fare of €25.
