Rectorate and Administration Office

Summary of activity

This office:

  • handles the Rector’s schedule, confidential and university correspondence and contacts and appointments with the authorities and citizens and screens requests;
  • handles public relations for the Rector; manages the distribution of relevant University communications/documents;
  • prepares contacts with offices, organisations and the Convention of Italian University Rectors, including participation in commissions/work groups;
  • organises the external activity of the Rector, Vice Rector and representatives;
  • monitors the work of representatives;
  • handles signed documents, including those of the Administration.
