Once your university has brought your candidacy to our attention, you will receive an e-mail from our offices which coordinate such exchanges <span data-contrast=\"auto\">(<\/span><a href=\"mailto:mobilita@univda.it\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">mobilita@univda.it<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">)<\/span> with all the information you require.<\/p>\n<p>In order to complete your Learning Agreement, as well as for information regarding the course syllabi being offered, you may consult the on-line course catalogue (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.univda.it\/servizi\/mobilita-internazionale\/programma-erasmus\/mobilita-studio-in-ingresso\/prima-dellarrivo-in-italia\/\">https:\/\/www.univda.it\/servizi\/mobilita-internazionale\/programma-erasmus\/mobilita-studio-in-ingresso\/prima-dellarrivo-in-italia\/)<\/a>. Contact details are also given for the faculty members supervising exchange students for each course of study.<\/p>\n<p>Deadlines for submitting your Learning agreement are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>June 30th for exchanges beginning in the autumn, whether your stay is to be for the first semester only or for a full academic year<\/li>\n<li>November 30th for exchanges limited to the spring semester only.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you would like to improve your language skills in Italian, please let our offices know <span data-contrast=\"auto\">(<\/span><a href=\"mailto:mobilita@univda.it\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">mobilita@univda.it<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">)<\/span>. At the beginning of each semester a thirty-hour course of Italian as a second language is offered at our university, so long as student demand is sufficient. Once the threshold for offering such a course has been met, you will be sent a calendar for this course by e-mail.<\/p>\n<p>In any event, you will receive an e-mail with instructions for registering your personal details through the Univerity&#8217;s on-line interface.<\/p>\n<p>If you are a disabled student, including those diagnosed with a learning disability, please consult the relevant information on our web site (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.univda.it\/servizi\/diritto-allo-studio-e-tasse\/studenti-disabili\/\">https:\/\/www.univda.it\/servizi\/diritto-allo-studio-e-tasse\/studenti-disabili\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #009d6d;\">During your stay with us<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>You will receive an e-mail with your user-name and password for accessing our on-line services restricted to enrolled students. Student services include the possibility to enroll at exams and an e-mail account with our University. Once activated, all notices and correspondence will be sent to you via this institutional account with us. You will also receive instructions for making a payment of \u20ac16.00 required by the Italian State to become enrolled at an Italian university.<\/p>\n<p>Please remember to provide our Placement Office with the certificate which your university will provide you with as an incoming student with us, which we shall in turn sign to certify the beginning your exchange.<\/p>\n<p>If you should need to modify your Learning Agreement, such changes can be recorded under the heading &#8220;During the mobility&#8221;, once such changed have been approved by the members of faculty supervising your exchange.<\/p>\n<p>Students whose exchange was originally programmed for the autumn semester only may extend this to a full academic year, so long as a request to do so is filed at least thirty days before the date scheduled for the end of your visit. Such requests should be submitted either via e-mail or via the relevant form provided by your home institution.
