Submission types

BDAI 2026 accepts the following type of not-already-published submissions:

  • Full papers                 (from 12 to 40 pages including tables, figures and references)

 

In case of acceptance, authors are free to provide a short and coherent version of the accepted full paper for inclusion in the workshop proceedings (minimum 5 pages + references).

The workshop proceedings will be submitted for inclusion in a volume of the CEUR Workshop Proceedings.

How to submit

Papers must be submitted in PDF format via the online submission system Microsoft CMT by selecting 3rd Scientific International Workshop “New Frontiers in Big Data and Artificial Intelligence” (BDAI 2026):

Language: All papers must be written in English.

Format: Papers must be formatted according to the  CEUR-WS proceedings guidelines. Authors should submit their papers as single-columnDetailed instructions are available here:

Review process

Submissions undergo a double blind review process, i.e. authors should omit their names and affiliations from their manuscripts. 

All papers will be peer-reviewed by at least two members of the program committee and evaluated on the basis of relevance, originality, significance, soundness, and clarity. Papers that exceed the page limits or formatting guidelines will be rejected without review. 

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
