Erasmus+

Before arriving

If you’re interested in studying at our University, please check if there is a bilateral agreement in force with your own University.

After receiving a notification regarding your candidature from your own university, you will receive an email from our Mobility Guidance and Placement Office (email address mobilita@univda.it) with all the essential information. 

To fill in the study plan / Learning Agreement and for any academic information, check out our list of courses and the university’s Erasmus academic contact for your chosen course to the following link Prima dell’arrivo in Italia | Università della Valle d’Aosta – Université de la Vallée d’Aoste (univda.it) 

The study plan / Learning Agreement must be sent by the following deadlines: 

  • 30th June for mobility in the 1st semester or for the year; 
  • 30th November for mobility in the 2nd semester.  

Do you need to improve your Italian? If you are interested in the free 30 hours beginners course run every semester, please send an email to mobilita@univda.it. If the course is confirmed, you’ll be sent a timetable for the lessons. 

We will send you an email showing how to register on the university’s portal.

During your time at the university

You will receive an email with your login details (username and password) to access the students’ online services (online Secretariat, registration for exams, etc.) and your university mailbox where the University will send news and information. You will also receive information about how to pay the 16.00 Euro to the Italian State for your university registration fee. 

Please remember to bring your Erasmus arrival / attendance certificate from your University. We will sign this as proof of the beginning of your mobility. 

If you need to change your study plan / Learning Agreement, following a meeting with the Erasmus academic coordinator, you can put the changes in the “during the mobility” section. 

If you started the mobility during the first semester and now you wish to extend it for the whole year, you should present a formal request, at least 30 days before the end of the mobility. This will have to be approved by both universities.


Before living

Please fill in the “library release form” declaring that you don’t have anything on loan from our Library. 

Please contact us by email to fix an appointment to sign your “Erasmus arrival/departure certificate” where we will fill in date of the end of your mobility. 

Then we will send to your university a Transcript of Records certifying credits and marks obtained during your mobility.
