Before arriving

If you wish to study at the University of Aosta Valley, please check whether a bilateral agreement exists with your University.

After your application has been notified by your university, you will receive an email from our Mobility, Guidance and Professional Integration Office (mobilita@univda.it) containing all the necessary information.

To complete your study program/Learning Agreement and for any information on course content, please consult the catalog of courses offered and the contact professor on the following page → Prima dell’arrivo in Italia | Università della Valle d’Aosta – Université de la Vallée d’Aoste (univda.it)

Your study program/Learning Agreement should generally be sent before:

– June 30 for mobility in the first semester and for annual mobility;

– November 30 for mobility in the second semester.

Would you like to improve your level of Italian? Let us know at mobilita@univda.it! A free 30-hour basic course is offered at the beginning of each semester. If the course is confirmed, a lesson schedule will be sent to you by email.

We will send you instructions by email on how to register your data on the University of Aosta Valley portal.

If you have a disability or a specific learning disorder, please visit the Inclusion and accessibility – International page for full information.

During your time at the university

You will receive your personal login details (username and password) by email to access the online services reserved for students (online student registrar, exam registration, etc.) and your institutional email address, where you will receive all useful information sent by the University. You will also receive instructions on how to pay the €16.00 stamp duty required by the Italian State for any enrollment.

Don’t forget to bring/send to the Mobility, Guidance and Professional Integration Office the “ERASMUS arrival/attendance certificate” issued by your University, which we will sign to certify the start date of your mobility.

If you need to modify your study program/Learning Agreement, you will be able to enter the changes in the “during the mobility” section after discussing them with the contact professor.

If you began your mobility in the first semester and intend to extend it for the whole year, you may submit, at least 30 days before the scheduled end date of your mobility, a special request, which must be approved by both your home institution and the University of Aosta Valley.

Before living

Fill out online the “library clearance form” available at the following link Modulo di liberatoria | Università della Valle d’Aosta – Université de la Vallée d’Aoste (univda.it) to certify that you have no material borrowed from our Library.

Contact us by email to make an appointment to sign your “ERASMUS arrival/departure certificate,” on which we will indicate the end date of your mobility.

We will then send your University the Transcript of Records certifying the credits earned and the grades obtained during your mobility at our University.
